A-MORE is the Data Controller of the personal data provided through the store www.a-more.shop. As Data Controller, A-MORE can appoint Data Processors in accordance with the provisions of the reference legislation for the EU (GDPR).

Minors

Purpose of the collection: provide you with products or services to fulfill our contract, process your payment information, arrange shipment and provide you with invoices and / or order confirmations, communicate with you, review our orders for potential risk or fraud and, if in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Examples of personal information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address and telephone number.

Purpose of the collection: provide customer support.

Retention of Personal Data

The Personal Data processed for the purpose of providing the Services will be kept by A-MORE for the time strictly necessary.

In any case, since such Personal Data is processed as part of the Services you have requested, A-MORE may keep it for a longer period, in particular when you place an order through the Site, we will keep your Personal Information for our records at in order to protect A-MORE's interests from possible liability related to the contract with you, unless and until when, you ask us to delete this information.

Personal Data processed for e-mail marketing purposes will be kept by A-MORE until you object to such processing via the link at the bottom of each of the e-mails. 

Sharing of personal information

We share your personal information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above.

Our Shopify Processor uses limited automated decision making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

  • Temporary Denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a limited number of hours.
  • Temporary Denylist of credit cards associated with denied IP addresses. This denied list persists for a limited number of days.
